Minna qualified from the University of Helsinki, Finland in 2001. She is passionate about providing the best care for her patients and with her gentle and caring manner, Minna ensures all her patients are treated as she would wish to be treated. Minna is especially keen to promote preventative dentistry to patients, taking her time to educate patients, or to answer any questions.
She is constantly looking to learn about new techniques and develop her skills as a dental practitioner and has completed a four year Master’s degree in Prosthodontics with distinction at King’s College London in 2011. This course has allowed her to treat more complex cases including the management of tooth wear and extensive crown and bridgework as well as advanced cosmetic dentistry. She has also been a part time teacher at King’s College London, supervising research projects.
Minna has a son called Onni, so life outside work is busy enjoying her role as a mother. Other spare time activities include running in the beautiful countryside of Surrey, and skiing whenever possible.

Originally from Petworth, Nick first qualified as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist from the Royal London Hospital in 2004 working in a variety of settings before continuing his training at Peninsula Dental School, graduating with a BDS in 2012.
Nick is a member of the Royal college of Surgeons, London (MJDF RCS Eng) and has developed an interest in minor oral surgery. This stems from his time at Newcastle Dental Hospital, calling upon a wide range of experiences,from extracting teeth to completing minor oral surgery procedures. He regularly attends courses and updates in general and surgical dentistry.
He has qualified in conscious sedation and uses these techniques in general practice, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. Nick is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD).
Outside of dentistry, Nick lives in Surrey with his fiancée. He is a keen snowboarder in the winter and cricket fan in the summer. He enjoys the countryside and often returns to Devon for walks and the beaches.

Bhavin qualified at the University of the Witwatersand in Johannesburg South Africa, in 2000 with merit awards in General Medicine, General Surgery and Operative Dentistry. In 2006, he embarked on formal postgraduate studies, which culminated in an MSC in Clinical Periodontology (2010).
Bhavin has attended extensive postgraduate courses nationally and abroad and lectures regularly. His areas of interest include surgical periodontology, including regenerative and reparative procedures in particular soft tissue grafting procedures, treatment of gingival recessions and mucogingival surgery.
In addition, Bhavin has been involved in restorative implant dentistry since 2002 and has an extensive experience in even more complex implant cases and several different implant systems. We are lucky enough that Bhavin commits a regular portion of his time to our practice enabling us to offer our patients this specialist care.
In his spare time, Bhavin likes to travel and keep fit.

Paula qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1971, whilst serving with Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps. After leaving the Army in 1975 she went to work as a dental hygienist in Saudi Arabia, working for an American company who had set up a hospital in Jeddah to treat the Saudi Airforce personnel and their families.
Paula now works part time at Elstead Dental Surgery. With many years of experience behind her, Paula is keen to encourage and motivate her patients. She is passionate about promoting good oral hygiene habits and many of our patients remark on how gentle and efficient Paula is. Outside work Paula plays golf regularly and loves travelling.

Lisa qualified as a dental hygienist and dental therapist at St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospital in 2009.
Lisa’s therapist qualification means that she can provide preventative treatment such as fissure sealants to our younger patients. Her expertise combined with her friendly and effective manner makes her a valuable asset to our team.
In her spare time she enjoys music and listening to live local bands, whenever she can find the time. She also enjoys walking and running, but most importantly spending time with her children.
